Schedule Options:

• Full-Time (30 hrs/week)

• Part-Time (1525 hrs/week)

• PRN / Per Diem (as-needed shifts)

• On-Call (paid availability premium shift pay)

• Weekend-Only (Saturday and/or Sunday)

• Overnight (typically 9 PM6 AM)

At Harmony At Home Senior Care we believe caregiving isnt just a jobits a calling. We match our caregivers with one-on-one clients in the comfort of their homes throughout the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex giving you the time support and space to provide meaningful care without being rushed or overlooked.

As an In-Home Caregiver youll support seniors and individuals with disabilities to live safely comfortably and happily in their own homes. Youll build strong one-on-one relationships while assisting with:

• Assist with bathing grooming dressing toileting and personal hygiene

• Provide safe mobility support including transfers and walking assistance

• Monitor and report changes in condition to ensure early response

• Tidy and clean the clients home environment

• Light housekeeping such as sweeping laundry dishes organizing

• Maintain a clean and safe space by reducing fall risks and clutter

• Prepare simple meals and snacks based on dietary needs and preferences

• Encourage hydration and support healthy eating habits

• Assist with feeding or provide reminders for mealtimes as needed

• Provide medication reminders (we do not administer medications)

• Support client schedules with reminders for routines hydration rest etc.

• Help ensure consistency in the clients daily lifestyle

• Engage clients in conversation hobbies and brain-stimulating activities

• Offer companionship and kindness throughout the day

• Be a trusted consistent presence they can rely on

• Accurately document daily care logs and client updates

• Maintain communication with the care coordination team

• Follow care plans and agency policies with professionalism

• Consistent weekly schedule predictable hours and income
