At CountryHouse Residence an Agemark Senior Living community our Caregivers play an important role in helping residents feel safe supported and at home. Were looking for a Full-Time Evening Shift Caregiver who brings compassion reliability and a genuine desire to serve older adults.

• Daily Support: Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing bathing meals and personal care.
• Resident Well-Being: Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition or concerns.
• Meaningful Connections: Build positive relationships with residents families and fellow team members.
• Engagement: Encourage residents to participate in activities that promote connection independence and enjoyment.
• Teamwork: Work closely with team members to provide personalized compassionate care.
• Safety & Dignity: Help maintain a safe respectful and supportive environment for every resident.

• Compassion: Patience and a genuine interest in serving older adults.
• Positive Attitude: A caring approach and willingness to make each day better for residents.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with residents families and team members.
• Dependability: Reliable and ready to support residents and your team during scheduled shifts.
• Experience: Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required. Training is provided.
