Career Transitional Specialist (291102)

• Assess graduates/former trainees placement readiness provide appropriate referrals and accompanying support services in accordance with DOL Center and ResCare requirements
• Ensures timely placement and retention of assigned graduates and former enrollees in quality jobs the military or further education and training opportunities
• Promotes job development through direct contact with employers One-Stops JTPA and State Employment Agencies
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

• Bachelor Degree required
• One year experience in sales marketing or counseling related services and four years of experience working with youth ages 16-24
• Current valid Drivers License
