Coach - Project Hire

Support clients with Intellectual Disabilities and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder seek and maintain competitively paid employment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop individualized employment opportunities for each client
• Contact and educate potential employers regarding services and Project Hire
• Provide on-the-job training and on-going support to clients and/or their direct staff or job coach
• Complete required documentation and maintain communication with clients team

Requirements:

• Two years combination of skills experience and/or education in human services or related field
• Valid drivers License use of a personal vehicle and an acceptable driving record
• Transporting clients is a requirement of this position
