• Maintainaccurateclientservicerecordsplansofcarecaregiverschedulesandrequireddocumentation
• Reviewandmanageserviceauthorizationsandcontract-specificrequirements
• Supportbranchgrowthinitiativesandoperationalplanningefforts
• Ensureongoingcompliancewithalllicensurepayercontractandregulatorystandards
• Provideguidancecoachingandsupporttocaregiverstopromoteperformanceandengagement
• Conductcaregiverorientationsasrequired
• Collaboratewithpayrollandtimekeepingteams
• Monitordailyservicedeliverytoensureadequatecaregiveravailabilityandcoverage
• MonitorsystemstoconfirmauthorizationsalignwithscheduledservicesandReviewutilizationreports
• Communicateprofessionallyandeffectivelywithcaregiversclientscasemanagersandleadership
• RepresentElaraCaringinaprofessionalandpositivemannerwithinthecommunity
• Performadditionaldutiesandprojectsasassignedtosupportteamandorganizationalsuccess

WhatisRequired

• HighSchoolDiplomaorGEDrequired
• Sixty(60)collegecredithoursrequiredan/orTwo(2)yearsofsupervisoryexperiencerequired
• AssociatesorBachelorsdegreepreferred
• Experienceworkingwithelderlyordisabledpopulationspreferred
• Five(5)yearsofexperienceinafast-pacedofficeorhealthcareenvironmentpreferred
• WorkingknowledgeofMedicare/Medicaidandhomecareoperationspreferred
• Strongcomputerproficiencyanddocumentationskills
• Excellentorganizationalandmultitaskingabilities
• Professionalverbalandwrittencommunicationskills
• Strongleadershipcoachingandmotivationalskills
• Abilitytothriveinafast-pacedhigh-volumeenvironment
• Bilingualfluency(SpanishMandarin/CantoneseRussianorPortuguese)mayberequiredbasedonlocation
