What You Will Do:
- Provide direct interventions with individuals served to complete comprehensive assessments treatment plans and clinical interventions
- Provide modeling and clinical oversight for outreach and GLE direct care staff
- Conduct and oversee clinical services set forth by the Integrated Team performing functions reserved for the Licensed Practitioner of Healing Arts (LPHA) as specified by contract
- Oversee services provided to all individuals served by ACCS
- Ensure the program adheres to clinical regulations and funding source requirements
- Produce documentation that is clear legible and meets DMH and ACCS standards
- Develop treatment plans consistent with evidence-based and best practices
Who You Are:
- Masters Degree in a mental health-related field required
- Clinical licensure required (e.g. LCSW LICSW LMHC)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the human service field
- Committed to the empowerment and growth of individuals served human rights and community integration
- Knowledgeable in the interface between mental health and medical conditions substance abuse care management recovery principles evidence-based practices and trauma-informed treatment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
