Care Coordinator

Location: Highland Park NJ In Office
Position: Full-Time or Part-Time
Spanish Speaking: Required

Circle Care Services is looking for a warm organized and highly responsive Care Coordinator to join our team. The Care Coordinator serves as an ongoing point of contact for families receiving ABA services and helps make sure their services run smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who loves working with people is a strong problem-solver and knows how to follow through.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for families receiving ABA services

• Build strong relationships with parents and provide ongoing support

• Respond to parent questions concerns and service-related needs

• Help resolve scheduling staffing and other day-to-day service issues

• Communicate with BCBAs therapists and internal teams to coordinate client needs

• Follow up proactively with families and make sure concerns are resolved

• Keep client information and updates accurate in company systems

• Identify issues that could impact a childs services and work with the appropriate team to resolve them

• Help ensure families have a positive experience with Circle Care

• Fluent Spanish and English required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Warm patient and comfortable working closely with parents

• Strong organization and follow-through

• Able to manage multiple clients and priorities at once

• Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of issues through resolution

• Comfortable communicating by phone text and email

• Experience in ABA healthcare case management customer service or care coordination is a plus
