JOB REQUIREMENTS

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide on-call coverage for cardiovascular surgical patients including urgent emergent and outpatient cases.
Manage and treat surgical patients in the hospital setting including rounding and admissions.
See patients in clinic for follow-up and consultations as needed (up to 10 hours per week).
Collaborate with other surgeons and hospital staff to ensure continuity of care.
Respond promptly to call backs within 20 minutes and provide timely surgical interventions.
