Job Purpose
The Cardiac Service Analyst HCA supportsROMTechscardiology growth initiatives by engaging providers within HCA facilities educating clinical stakeholders onROMTechscardiac rehabilitation solutions andoptimizingreferral and prescription workflows. This role serves as a key onsite partner to providers and internal teams to ensure adoption efficiency and successful patient onboarding aligned withROMTechsclinician guided at-home rehab model.
Key Responsibilities
Essential Duties
Build andmaintainstrong professional relationships with providers and clinical stakeholders within HCA facilities to encourage consistent use ofROMTechcardiac rehabilitation solutions.
Deliver targeted education materials and demonstrations to ensure provider understanding of theROMTechrehab pathway and associated patient benefits.
Monitor evaluate and improve referral and prescription processes to minimize friction and enhance operational efficiency.
Track providerutilization performance metrics and territory trends toidentifygrowth opportunitieshigh-potentialtargets and gaps.
Collaborate closely with Inside Sales Patient Navigation and Market Access teams to support provider success andtimelypatient onboarding.
Serve as an onsite liaison between HCA providers andROMTechto support adoption alignment and continuity of service.
Other Functions
Participate in meetings trainings and internal initiatives as needed to support businessobjectives.
Support special projects pilots or initiatives related to cardiology services or provider engagement.
Performs other related duties as assigned to support operational and business needs.

Required:

Preferred:
Familiarity with provider referral workflows and healthcare systems
Experience working within hospital or health system environments particularly HCA
Comfort delivering in-person demonstrations and presentations
Work Experience Requirements
Required:
Experience in a healthcare clinical or provider-facing professional role
Preferred:
Experience in medical device sales or medical technology environments
Experience supporting cardiology or rehabilitation programs
Education Requirements
Preferred:
Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g. health sciences business or clinical discipline)
