Schedule: Monday- Friday 10:15am - 7:00pm; ThreeSaturdays per quarter 8:15am - 12:30pm

Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union is a not-for-profit Member-owned and locally operated financial institution serving the financial needs of its communities of Membership. Pay: Starting Range is $19.50 - $21.50 depending on work experience

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assume responsibility for the efficient effective and accurate performance of Card Service Duties.

Work with members and staff regarding ATM/Debit/Credit Card issues work with FiServ FiServ EFT and Fiserv Managed Services card disputes exceptions and debit/credit card fraud.

Ensure Card Service functions are efficiently effectively and accurately performed in accordance with established policies standards and security procedures.

Cross sell Credit Union products and services at every opportunity.

Maintain good business relations with members. Courteously and promptly assist member needs.

Maintain positive and professional relationships with staff and management.

Follow all Credit Union policies procedures and regulations.

Represent the Credit Union in a professional manner (including but not limited to appearance behavior and performance).

Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Work cooperatively with others.

All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Financial industry experience strongly preferred.
