Car Sales Shared Services Coordinator

What Youll Do:

• Serve as the main contact for the management teams and the group admin offices
• Ensure car sales files are processed accurately and on time
• Liaise with lenders and product vendors to support dealership operations
• Answer funding-related questions and provide expert guidance
• Participate in strategy meetings to improve processes and customer experience

We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:

Customer & Group Support

• Act as the primary contact for assigned Groups providing expertise in car sales processing accounting and compliance
• Deliver high-quality service to internal and external customers
• Communicate weekly monthly and annual reports to Groups
• Lead group calls to review reporting and performance metrics

Operational Oversight

• Monitor daily reporting to ensure timely completion and funding of car sales transactions
• Assist with processing transactions throughout the month
• Resolve issues related to funding data entry and collections
• Handle branch-specific requests such as auditing files managing returned vehicles and scanning documents

Collaboration & Relationship Management

• Partner with Groups and Shared Services to identify trends and resolve problems
• Build and maintain strong relationships with teams and vendors
• Participate in meetings to share insights and improve customer experience

Minimum:
