CAPPS GL Analyst
**Job Title: CAPPS GL Analyst** **Location:** Austin TX (Hybrid) **Duration:** Long Term **Position Overview:** The CAPPS GL Analyst will provide advanced consultative services and functional support for the CAPPS Program focusing on the General Ledger (GL) Commitment Control Budgeting and related modules within a statewide ERP environment. This role involves supporting multiple state agencies and expertise in system configuration policy compliance and cross-functional support. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform highly advanced (senior-level) consultative services and functional assistance related to supporting the CAPPS Program. - Serve as subject matter expert for the CAPPS Asset Management module including coordination configuration business process leadership testing and reporting. - Support system configuration changes incident management and user support efforts. - Collaborate on release management policy adherence and training initiatives. - Support integrations with other modules and ensure compliance with policies. ** :** - Extensive knowledge and understanding of State of Texas applicable policies. - Extensive technical skillsets with App Designer Integration Broker assorted SQR/SQL BI Publisher SAP Business Objects etc. - Extensive knowledge supporting and providing oversight with batch jobs i.e. Run My Jobs (RMJ). - Extensive knowledge of security best practices NIST standards and multi-tenancy applicability for a statewide ERP instance. - Extensive experience supporting the General Ledger/Commitment Control core module of PeopleSoft FSCM version 9.2.
