Aspen Contracting is looking for energetic outgoing individuals to join our Canvassing Team in the Springfield market. As a Canvasser youll work directly in local neighborhoods introducing homeowners to Aspen Contracting and scheduling free exterior property inspections for our Sales team.
No canvassing experience No problem. Well provide the training tools and ongoing support you need to succeed.

Hiring throughout southwest Missouri including the Springfield Bolivar Lebanon and Joplin areas.
Important: Although training is provided virtually by our Regional Canvassing leadership team you will report to the Nixa office for team meetings daily assignments and business-related activities while working alongside the local General Manager and Sales team.

Schedule: Full-Time including afternoons evenings and some weekends
Travel: Local travel throughout the Springfield market and surrounding communities
Experience: No canvassing experience required
What Youll Do
As a Canvasser youll represent Aspen Contracting by meeting homeowners in local neighborhoods and scheduling free property inspections for our Sales team.
Responsibilities
- Walk assigned neighborhoods throughout the day.
- Speak with homeowners professionally and confidently.
- Schedule free exterior property inspections for homeowners.
- Record customer information using company-provided canvassing applications.
- Utilize an iPad and mobile technology to manage appointments and activity.
- Represent Aspen Contracting with professionalism and integrity.
- Attend team meetings and training.
- Work closely with the local Sales team to help generate new business.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Valid Drivers License preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to walk for extended periods throughout the workday
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable using an iPad and mobile applications
- Ability to work a Full-Time schedule
Compensation & Benefits
This is a Full-Time W-2 position.
