Canvasser (Campaign Worker) Hourly + Commission

Canvasser Full-time $24/hr base commission (Average $400$500/week in addition to hourly pay! Uncapped)

What Youll Earn: Base pay of $24/hr with total average pay reaching $24$35/hr when commission is factored in with top performers earning $1000/week in commission alone!

What Youll Do:

• Knock on 60 doors a day talking to residents about no-cost home energy assessments
• Schedule customers for Home Energy Assessments through the Mass Save Program
• Arrive to assigned neighborhoods on time and ready to go
• Drive to canvassing locations up to 1 hour away (mileage reimbursed!)
• Attend bi-weekly team meetings

What You Need:

• People skills from sales retail or customer service
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Must be 18
• Comfortable talking to new people and traveling up to 1 hour
