QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the skills knowledge and abilities necessary to maintain a safe positive and orderly school environment while fostering positive relationships with scholars staff and QualificationsHigh school diploma or working with children or adolescents in a school recreation youth development or related to supervise and monitor scholars effectively in classrooms playgrounds cafeterias parking lots and other campus communication and interpersonal to remain calm and exercise sound judgment in challenging of scholar behavior management techniques and conflict resolution to work collaboratively with administrators teachers staff scholars and ability to maintain confidentiality and ability to walk stand and supervise scholars for extended periods of completion of required background checks and district employment QualificationsPrevious experience as a campus supervisor security aide instructional aide or youth program in crisis prevention de-escalation techniques first aid and Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupervise scholars before during and after school including recess lunch periods arrival dismissal and school scholar behavior and enforce school and district in maintaining a safe secure and positive campus appropriately to scholar conflicts and behavioral safety concerns incidents and disciplinary matters to with emergency procedures and campus safety positive relationships with scholars and promote respectful administrators and staff in maintaining an orderly learning environment.
