BPEA is seeking a dedicated and proactive Campus Safety & Support Specialist to play a vital role in creating a safe secure welcoming and orderly environment for our students staff and this role you will patrol campus facilities enforce safety policies using modern de-escalation techniques and assist site administration with student supervision attendance re-engagement and discipline. Additionally you will help implement and maintain campus emergency safety plans organize drills conduct facility inspections facilitate staff safety briefings and collaborate closely with local law enforcement and first responders. Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent possess at least 12 years of experience in school safety security youth supervision or law enforcement and be able to obtain required California certifications including SB 1626 Campus Security Training and CPR/First Aid.
