BASIC FUNCTION:Under the direction of the site Principal monitors and assists in supervising school activities to assure the well-being and safety of students and staff; support student compliance with school and District policies and regulations. Campus Safety Assistants shall work in pairs when applicable based on school enrollment. and with the support of site administrators at all times. Site administrators shall participate in all interventions involving the separation of individuals engaged in physical AND EXPERIENCE:Any combination of education training and/or experience equivalent to graduation from high school and sufficient training and experience to demonstrate the knowledge and abilities listed in the job see job description for further detailsLICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:Valid First Aid and CPR certificate issued by an authorized required by California Education Code sections 38001.5 (K-12) as amended by SB 390 in 2019 for school security officers completed within 30 calendar days of hire.
