Are you energized by building relationships telling compelling stories and connecting talented students with meaningful careers Join us as a Campus Recruiter and play a pivotal role in bringing the next generation of professionals into our firm.

In this dynamic people-focused role youll take the lead in creating an exceptional campus recruiting experiencefrom first impressions at career fairs to final offers. Youll collaborate with firm leaders engage with universities and design innovative strategies to attract top talent. How Youll Make an Impact:

• Be the face of our firm on campuslead plan and energize recruiting events like career fairs networking sessions and leadership programs across Michigan and Northern Ohio

• Engage and inspire students through presentations panels and interactive experiences
• Champion our brand by showcasing what makes our culture people and opportunities stand out
• Identify top talent by reviewing resumes conducting interviews and guiding candidates through the hiring journey
• Partner closely with leaders across the firm to anticipate hiring needs and shape recruiting strategies
• Build meaningful relationships with professors career services teams and student organizations to strengthen our campus presence
• Think creativelyexplore new ideas events and channels to attract diverse and high-potential candidates
• Leverage tools and technology to streamline the recruiting process and enhance candidate experience
• Support initiatives beyond campus recruiting contributing to broader talent acquisition efforts

Your Desired Skills Experiences and Education:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Marketing Business Accounting or related field
• Experience (or strong interest) in early talent development talent acquisition or campus engagement
• A natural ability to connect communicate and present with confidence and enthusiasm
• A passion for building relationships with students and helping them navigate and launch their careers
• Experience managing multiple recruiting initiatives events and timelines simultaneously
• Familiarity with recruiting systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Willingness and enthusiasm to travel and maintain a strong on-campus presence to connect with top talent
