We are seeking a dynamic highly organized and enthusiasticCampus Recruiterto join our Talent Acquisition this role you will be the face of our company for university students and recent graduates. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing top-tier engineering talent representing our brand at university events and delivering an exceptional end-to-end internship experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Intern Program Management:Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our internship program including hiring onboarding offboarding and facilitating day-to-day intern relations to ensure a world-class experience.
- Engineering Recruitment:Actively source screen and recruit top-tier university students and new college graduates for engineering intern roles.
- Event Coordination:Plan coordinate and execute engaging events for interns (e.g. orientation executive speaker series social events and final presentation days).
- University Relations & Campus Recruiting:Represent our company at university career fairs networking events panel discussions and campus info sessions to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Candidate Experience:Ensure a smooth positive and communicative experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
Requirements (Must-Haves):
- Exceptional Communication Skills:Strong written verbal and interpersonal communication skills. You must be comfortable presenting to large groups and engaging with university students academic partners and internal leadership.
- Meticulous Attention to Detail:Outstanding organizational skills with a proven track record of managing data schedules and event logistics without letting things slip through the cracks.
- Ability to Multitask & Prioritize:Proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneouslysuch as managing high-volume recruiting while planning upcoming eventsin a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Communications Business or a related field.
- Prior experience in recruiting HR event planning or university/campus relations (internship experience counts!).
- Ability to travel occasionally for university career fairs and events (primarily during peak fall/spring recruiting seasons).
Shift expectations verbiage:
- Standard work hours: Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm
- Onsite work ONLY no remote options available.
