Job Description / Essential Elements: Print

Under the supervision of the Assistant Principal patrols and supervises campus activities to assure the well- being and safety of students staff and visitors in non-classroom activities at an assigned K-8 campus site;assures student compliance with school and organizational rules and procedures.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and sufficient training and experience to demonstrate the knowledge and abilities listed above.

LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Possess a valid California Class C drivers license. SB 390 mandated training. Valid FirstAid andCPR certificate issued by an authorized agency

All security guards or school security officers employed by a school district more than 20 hours per week must complete SB390 training. If selected you will be required to take an online 24-hour course to complete this certification prior to be able to begin the position. The selected candidate will initially pay for the course but will be reimbursed by IUSD.
