Job Summary
Under the direction of the site administrator the Campus Aide supports the implementation of ESSA Title I Part A initiatives designed to foster a safe positive and inclusive school climate that promotes academic success and student well-being. The Campus Aide provides supervision guidance and encouragement to students throughout the school day reinforcing positive behavior expectations supporting engagement activities and assisting with interventions that improve attendance behavior and achievement outcomes.
