Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelors Degree (Management Information Systems Business or related field preferred). Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional-level experience in an Advancement Fundraising or Development environment. Technical Skills: Experience with data manipulation CRM systems and creating visual charts/graphs to inform business operations. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and strong relationship-building skills; highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Ellucian CRM Advance or similar system. Previous experience in a Campaign in a higher education environment or similar environment. Proven ability to troubleshoot information integrity issues and learn new technologies quickly.
