Answers calls emails and chat providing prompt accurate level service to clients including: promotions coupon conversions transaction history how to play how to create an account geo-location KYC mobile app second chance entries etc. Diagnose and troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action. Promote and enhance excellent customer relations.
This is a remote position. The agent must have a quiet place to work and is responsible for internet services. The company will provide equipment.
