CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE

Job Overview:

As a Call Center Representative you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls responding to customer inquiries and providing product information. You will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication skills a positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

- Provide product information and assist customers with placing orders

- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide feedback on product improvements

- Meet or exceed performance goals including call handling customer satisfaction and sales targets

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers

- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

- Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Previous customer service experience preferably in a call center environment

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus

- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
