Call Center Representative

We are seeking a motivated and sales-focused Call Center Representative to communicate with prospective and existing customers identify their needs and promote relevant products and services. • Contact prospective and existing customers by phone.
• Present products and services clearly and professionally.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Generate and qualify sales opportunities through customer conversations.
• Follow up with leads and prospective customers to support sales growth.
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate product information.
• Maintain accurate records of calls customer interactions and sales opportunities.
• Work toward individual and team sales performance goals.
• Provide a professional and positive customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers by phone.
• Goal-oriented and motivated by performance.
• Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Reliable adaptable and self-motivated.
• Previous experience in sales call center customer service retail or telemarketing is a plus but not required.
