Hours: Part-Time l Requires 1 weekend day (Sat/Sun) and Holidays

Anserfone is hiring Part-Time Call Center Agents to assist callers during critical moments from medical inquiries to locksmith requests. We handle inbound calls only; no sales or outbound calling required. No experience needed as we provide fully paid hands-on training.

What Youll Do:

• Handle incoming calls with a warm helpful attitude.
• Take accurate messages transfer calls and/or relay key information.
• Use our call processing system to prioritize customer needs efficiently.

What Were Looking For:

• Friendly upbeat and professional communication skills.
• Strong English spelling and grammar.
• Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35 WPM.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
