Call Center Agent

We are seeking a Call Center Agent to handle inbound customer calls answer questions and assist with routine requests. The ideal candidate is an attentive communicator who can remain professional and organized while managing multiple customer conversations.

• Answer incoming customer calls in a professional manner
• Provide information about products services promotions and general inquiries
• Listen carefully to customer questions and identify their needs
• Assist with routine service requests and concerns
• Document customer interactions and relevant information accurately
• Complete follow-up calls when required
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member
• Maintain established customer service standards during every call

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clear and professional verbal communication
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone
• Patient organized and dependable
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous call center customer service or telephone support experience is preferred
