CADBIM Designer, Revit MEP

Hazen and Sawyer is seeking a Revit MEP Designer with knowledge and experience designing Process Mechanical piping in Revit to work alongside staff Engineers and Senior CAD/BIM Designers. This position will include the design and production of contract documents for various Water Wastewater and Pump Station facilities projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creation of Revit models Revit families and CAD base files for use in creating contract documents
• Ability to design piping layouts in Revit to produce enlarged plans sections and details for various process mechanical systems
• Coordinate with other disciplines (Site Civil Structural Architectural HVAC Electrical and I&C) to help resolve design conflicts and challenges
• Executing redlines from Engineers and senior CAD/BIM Designers
• Ensure drawing compliance with company and client CAD standards
• Ambition to learn communicate effectively and collaborate with other designers

Required Qualifications:

• Completion of a technical school with CAD design certificate or Associates degree with emphasis on Revit MEP preferred
