CA Physical Therapist
Location: Salinas CA
Pay Rate: $53.00 $56.00/hr
Schedule: Sunday Thursday Tuesday Saturday or Monday Friday
Contract: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 38 hours/week
Experience: Less than 1 year accepted
About the Role
We are hiring a Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Salinas CA. This role is in a skilled nursing facility setting and is a great opportunity for a PT who enjoys helping patients improve mobility strength function and independence.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Support patient mobility strength balance and functional independence
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Complete accurate documentation in Net Health per facility standards
- Support patient-centered rehabilitation and recovery goals
- Float to a nearby sister facility within walking distance if needed
Requirements
- Active California Physical Therapist license required
- BLS/BCLS certification required
- SNF experience preferred
- Newer therapists with 0 1 year of experience may be considered
- Strong documentation and time-management skills required
- Flexible and collaborative mindset required
- Ability to work Sunday Thursday Tuesday Saturday or Monday Friday schedule
