• Pay / Salary: $75000$95000 / Year (USD) depending on experience

The company is seeking a strategic Buyer who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys negotiating solving supply chain challenges and building supplier relationships. The core responsibilities of this role will be ensuring manufacturing operations have the materials components and services needed to build world-class firearms. The Buyer will be a key role in helping build out the strategic side of procurement. The ideal candidate will have experience developing strategy around category management. Any experience managing RFPs bidding and identifying cost savings is highly preferred.

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Operations Management Business Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience working as a buyer category manager or procurement.
• Experience purchasing manufactured components metals tooling or industrial products.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in firearms aerospace automotive or other highly regulated manufacturing industries.
• APICS/ASCM ISM or other procurement certifications are a plus.

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Operations Management Business Engineering or equivalent experience.

• 3 years of experience working as a buyer category manager or procurement.
