Job Description:
The Busser supports the dining room by clearing and resetting tables maintaining cleanliness and assisting servers. This role ensures a tidy and welcoming environment for guests and supports efficient service.
Responsibilities:
- Clear dirty dishes glassware and utensils from tables
- Wipe and reset tables with clean linens and tableware
- Refill water glasses and assist with beverage service
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area floors and service stations
- Assist servers in carrying trays and delivering food
- Stock supplies such as napkins silverware and condiments
- Dispose of trash and recycling appropriately
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and supplies
- Strong teamwork and multitasking skills
- Good communication and customer service abilities
- Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays
