Business Systems & Software Training Specialist

• Learn company software platforms and business workflows quickly.
• Configure and test software features under management direction.
• Identify workflow improvements and recommend process efficiencies.
• Assist with software implementation and adoption.
• Perform data validation and quality assurance testing.
• Troubleshoot basic software issues and coordinate with software vendors when needed.

• Develop easy-to-follow user guides standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training documentation.
• Conduct one-on-one and small group software training sessions.

• Exposure to property restoration insurance construction or service industries is a plus.

• Compensation: Competitive annual compensation of $50000 - $65000 based on experience
