Business Systems Manager- Deposit Systems Support

At Regions the Business Systems Manager develops trains and manages Business SystemsAnalysts that support departmental system(s).

Primary Responsibilities

• Plans tests and executes projects and supports day-to-day operations
• Ensures department meets all standards company policies and quality requirements
• Develops strategyand leads implementation for system(s)
• Works with Technology partners and line of businesses regarding processes and resolution of system issues
• Identifies analyzes and resolves user problems as they occur
• Oversees system enhancements and works with agencies to develop ongoing reporting and tools

• Partners across Technology Operations Digital and Data (TODD) to ensure controls are designed implemented and monitored to strengthen risk management compliance and cyber security effectively mitigating risk to levels within the companys risk appetite

• Ensures disciplined change management by evaluating risk and control impacts when designing or implementing changes to processes systems products and/or services

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a related field andeight (8) years of related work experience
• OR High School Diploma /GEDand twelve (12) years ofrelated work experience
• Two (2) years ofleadership/managerial/supervisory experience

Preferences

• Experience in a financial institution

This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidates qualifications relevant experience and business need.

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience skills knowledge contribution job location and most importantly performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
