Job Title: Business Systems Engineer (BSA)
Location :- PhoenixAZ
Rate :- $40-$50/hr
ROLEDESCRIPTION
Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives processes pain points and technology needs.
Gather analyze document and validate business functional data integration and system requirements.
Translate requirements into user stories acceptance criteria use cases process flows functional specifications and
business rules.
Facilitate requirement workshops stakeholder interviews backlog refinement and solution discussions.
Perform gap analysis impact analysis root-cause analysis and current-state/future-state assessments.
Serve as the liaison between business Product Engineering Architecture QA and other cross-functional teams.
Analyze applications workflows integrations and data flows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Support solution design by clarifying requirements dependencies exceptions and expected system behavior.
