Hansen Talent Group is seeking a strong Business System Analyst in the Nashville TN area with in-depth experience supporting IT healthcare projects. The ideal candidate is eager to work with a collaborative team supporting large scale modernization initiatives!
The Business System Analyst will be responsible for serving as a liaison between business units client stakeholders and technical teams to ensure strategic alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.

The Business System Analyst will be responsible for serving as a liaison between business units client stakeholders and technical teams to ensure strategic alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.
Duties:
- Lead stakeholder interviews and discovery meetings to gather and define business requirements. Validate needs and set reporting requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications working closely with technical team leads and SME to align technology with business objectives.
- Develop BRD and FRD to be used throughout the project.
- Develop system and process workflows in VISIO ensuring accessibility in SharePoint for project and client teams.
- Assist in UAT and test development working closely with the development and QA teams to create test plans and matrix.
- Create reports on project progress and provide clients with regular detailed updates on delivery.
- Proven work as a Business System Analyst supporting IT healthcare projects maintaining knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- certifications such asCBAP PMI-PMPAAC
