A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Business Support Manager/Finance Lead
Position type: Contract (FTE conversion)
Duration: 12 months
Location:- 3 days onsite role at Charlotte NC
As a Business Support Manager/Finance Lead you will:
Must have skills:
- Must have 10 years of experience.
- Looking for a Finance Lead who will take care of entire finance of the group including Monitoring budgets expenses forecasting budget/finance allocation and financial reporting for accuracy and alignment with business goals. This person will be the go-to person when it comes to finances.
- Need to have Advanced Excel Expertise (heavy daily usage including formulas financial analysis reporting).
- Should be working with the Technology Group
This is a highly skilled Finance Lead responsible for the operational and strategic support functions of financials for a large and growing technology organization. This role drives efficiency compliance and continuous improvement across financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day business operations and administrative activities with respect to ensure financial health across the organization.
- Monitor budgets expenses and financial reporting for accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Support resource allocation and SOW contracts.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process enhancements to improve productivity.
- Develop and maintain documentation for workflows and best practices.
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership for decision-making.
Required Skills all very important
- Recent experience in largeand fast paced technologyorganization doing financial management/business support management.
- Expert with Excelincludingformulas and expert producing polished and engaging decks with PowerPoint.
- Team player attitude and agile mindset as new responsibilities arise over time.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $58- $62 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties certifications etc.
