Job Summary
TheGCSMLR Planning Managerleads coordination oftheMedical Legal and Regulatory(MLR)review process for promotionaland disease state awarenessmaterials ensuringtimely compliant and strategically alignedasset approval.This role fosters strong collaboration amongMarketing AgencyRegulatory Medical and Content Deliverypartners oversees criticalMLRplanning forlaunch congressand campaign activities manages a team to prioritize assets and streamline review workflows and serves as a subject matter expert on approval processes and compliance guidelines.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
Leads collaborator engagement to enable effective and timely end-to-end MLR material review and approval of promotional and disease awareness assets to ensure medical accuracy and regulatory compliance
Builds strongcross-functionalrelationships with keyMarketingCommercialMLR AgencyandContentDeliverypartners
Champions adherenceto and serves as a subject matter expertfortheMarketing Guidethat dictates MLRapprovalprocessstandards andoperating procedures
Leads Day 0MLR Planningstrategic approachfor new product andindicationlaunchesdata releasesand/or label updates to enablethetimelyrelease ofassetsupon label approvalaligned to theBrand strategy
Leads MLR Planning strategy approach for all other major Brand activities
LeadsournearshoreMLRPlanningAssociateteamaligned tobusiness-as-usualactivity responsible for:
Leadingthe prioritizationof assets within theMLRreview process to effectively manage reviewer capacity and align withkeybusinessobjectives
Facilitatingthe process for managing consultswhich allow those involved incontent/ asset developmentto align onthe Medical Legal and Regulatoryguidancepriortosubmissionfor MLR Review and Approval
Accomplishing the asset plan for Brand market events e.g. congresses data releases and label updates
MinimumRequirements:
Bachelors degree
5 7 years of relevant professional experience with a focus on pharmaceutical marketing operations or healthcare related agency roles
Demonstrated success in People leadership
Experience with managing supplier partners
Independent self-starter withdemonstratedprogram management skillset
Demonstrated strong oral and written communications
Ability toeffectivelyworkin across-functionalteam environment
Experience usingvariousPM platformsto planmanageand communicate projectrisks /progress
Ability to lead andinfluencewithoutformalauthority
Demonstrated successleadingprogram management of strategic and/or business critical initiativeswithoutformalauthority
Preferred Background:
Knowledge of theMLRprocess that ensurestimelyreviews and approval of assets that areaccurateand compliant
Experience with Digital and Omnichannel campaigns
Understanding of scientific and/or commercial marketplace respective tobiopharmaceuticaltherapeutic area(s)
