Location: Washington DC (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee Business Intelligence (BI) technical training programs and outreach activities.
• Supervise mentor and provide guidance to Technical Training Specialists.
• Design and deliver training sessions workshops presentations and instructional materials.
• Develop and implement user support strategies for BI systems and tools.
• Collaborate with military personnel civilian stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Manage multiple projects priorities and training schedules in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive process improvements to enhance program effectiveness and operational efficiency.

• professional experience in training technical support or related fields.
• Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred.
• Proven experience in:
  • Public speaking and presentations
  • Training coaching or instructional delivery
  • Team leadership supervision and people management

• Experience in contract management and vendor coordination.
• Prior experience supporting government or federal contracting environments.
