Job Title: Tableau Server & Erwin Administrator - Remote

Job Description:
As a Tableau Server & Erwin Administrator you will manage and support enterprise analytics and data modeling platforms ensuring high availability secure access and reliable performance. You will administer Tableau Server environments support dashboard development and maintain Erwin data modeling tools while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high quality data solutions and reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Tableau Server environments including user management permissions and system configuration.
• Monitor platform performance manage data refresh schedules and ensure system uptime.
• Upgrade patch and troubleshoot Tableau Server and related components.
• Develop and publish dashboards using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep.
• Create visualizations that meet accessibility and organizational design standards.
• Administer Erwin tools including Data Modeler Mart Portal and ER360 environments.
• Manage user access licensing and onboarding for Erwin platforms.
• Maintain documentation operational processes and support artifacts.
• Process service requests and incidents in accordance with defined SLAs.
• Provide regular status updates and collaborate with stakeholders and teams.

Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:

• Strong experience administering Tableau Server in enterprise environments.
• Experience working with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep for dashboard development.
• Hands on experience with Erwin Data Modeler and related tools.
• Experience managing users permissions and platform security.
• Ability to troubleshoot performance data refresh and system issues.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization best practices and accessibility standards.
• Experience maintaining enterprise data tools and reporting environments.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to meet security clearance requirements and work within regulated environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Mart Portal and ER360 environments.
• Familiarity with data governance and data modeling standards.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise analytics platforms.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
