The Hiring Advisors is partnering with a fast-paced high-volume industry powerhouse based in sunny El Segundo on a search for a sharp curious Data Analyst.

Lets be honest: a lot of data roles promise cutting-edge analytics but end up being glorified copy-paste Excel jobs. Not this one.

We are looking for someone who doesnt just pull numberswe need a data detective who uses AI tools hunts down pattern inconsistencies and actually takes the time to understand the business behind the dashboard.

The Vibe Check: Is this you

• You look at two conflicting financial reports and immediately feel an overwhelming urge to figure out why they dont match.
• You write SQL queries in Snowflake for fun (okay maybe not for fun but youre really good at it).
• You know that a pretty Tableau dashboard is useless if you cant explain to a non-technical manager what the numbers actually mean.
• You love leveraging AI tools to speed up your workflow and spot trends human eyes might miss.

What Youll Be Doing (The Real Job)

• 40% Data Detective Work: Youll analyze transactional datasets perform pattern recognition spot gaps/inconsistencies and compare reports for airtight validation.
• 30% Snowflake & Pipeline Engineering: Writing/optimizing SQL queries working with data modeling and handling ETL integrations so everything runs smoothly under the hood.
• 20% Large-Scale Tableau Delivery: Designing clean impactful dashboards that make cross-functional leadership say Ah NOW I get it.
• 10% Business Storytelling: Sitting down with Finance and Ops teams learning their daily processes and translating your findings into real profit/margin recommendations.

The Must-Haves to Land the Interview

• The Paperwork: A Bachelors degree in Data Analytics Finance Economics Statistics or a related field.
• The Tech Stack: Strong SQL development skills hands-on experience with Snowflake and large-scale delivery work in Tableau.
• The Modern Edge: Active experience leveraging AI tools for analytics automation or pattern detection.
• The Architecture: Background in data modeling ETL integrations and validating complex reports.
• The Location: Ability to be onsite 4 days a week in the El Segundo / South Bay area (close to the beach great food spots and actual human collaboration!).
