Job Summary

An outstanding full-time opening has become available for a Business Immigration Attorney with experience in a full-service immigration firm near the Manhattan NY area. This position would earn a generous base salary and great benefits including medical insurance PTO and other great perks.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have 3 years of Immigration Law work experience.
Ability to write research and prepare E1 E2 EB-1 EB-2 EB-3 L1 Blanket L1 L1-A L1-B TN and O-1 petitions.
Proficiency drafting and filing responses to RFEs is a MUST

PERM labor certification I-140 I-485 IV/NIV status and Consular processing experience is a MUST
Excellent written and oral communication skills detail oriented organized and positive attitude is a MUST
J.D. degree is REQUIRED (NY Bar Admission preferred)
