Business Execution Consultant (Workday Payroll) Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Execution Consultant (Workday Payroll) - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Minneapolis MN or Chandler AZ. This is a 6 month contract to hire opportunity.

This role is for the Payroll product team focusing on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. The ideal candidate will leverage deep Workday Payroll expertise to gather requirements test and configure solutions while collaborating with product technology and executive-level leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted larger scale or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a solid understanding of the function policies procedures and compliance requirements
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel

Requirements:

• 5 years of Business Execution Implementation or Strategic Planning experience
• 5 years of Workday experience (gathering of requirements testing configuration) with a strong emphasis on the Payroll module
• Experience working in an Agile environment and creating stories in Jira
• Strong testing experience
• Excellent communication skills

Desired skills:

• Workday Payroll certification

Pay range: $51.09 - $59.09 per hour
