Business Development Representative

How youll contribute:

Responsible in conjunction with the Business Development Director for implementing the hospitals business development plan/strategy. Identifies establishes and maintains relationships with hospital referral sources. Plans and/or attend community events to increase community awareness and to present a positive for the hospital. Serves as a liaison between the hospital referral sources and the community consistently providing a high level of customer service.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Actively seeks to identify new potential referral sources.
• Assists in ensuring all admissions are well-coordinated with the hospitals intake and referral office business office MD and case management.

• Participates in the development and execution of marketing special events as assigned by the Director of Business Development

Qualifications and requirements:

• Bachelors degree in marketing business administration or related field preferred combination of education and professional experience may be acceptable
• Previous experience in business development at psychiatric healthcare facility preferred

• Valid drivers license and a favorable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) along with proof of insurance when using your own auto. Must show proof of automobile insurance.
