Business Development Representative

The Role

Were looking for aBusiness Development Representativeto join our sales team reporting to Americas Account Sales this role youll help shape how we grow our client base across our Investor Relations Sustainability and Board & Leadership solutions.

Youll fit right in if youre driven collaborative and energized by hitting goals and youre ready to build a strong foundation for a long-term career in sales with the coaching and support to back it up.

What Youll Do

• Partner with experienced Sales professionals to identify opportunities and drive pipeline growth across defined territories.
• Prospect potential clients through calls emails and social channels scheduling meetings and supporting client demonstrations as needed.
• Contribute to moving deals forward helping the team meet individual and collective goals.
• Keep workflows organized and on track by managing activity through our CRM system.
• Bring fresh thinking and proactive ideas to continuously improve how we engage with prospects and clients.

What Youll Bring

• Bachelors degree in business communications or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to collaborate and build relationships.
• Self-motivated goal-oriented and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity about sales finance and technology and a drive to grow your expertise.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and staying organized under pressure.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in business development sales or a client-facing role.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or sales prospecting platforms.
• Interest in capital markets investor relations or financial technology.

This position offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office subject to change providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
