Were now looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help fuel growth for our Cloud Protection for Salesforce (CPSF) business. This is a commercially oriented client-facing role with a strong focus on pipeline generation in the AMER region.
As a BDR youll be the front line of our sales efforts researching target accounts identifying and engaging key decision-makers and creating qualified opportunities for our sales team. This role is a great entry point into enterprise sales with a clear path to grow into more senior sales positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new pipeline through outbound prospecting (calls emails LinkedIn events).
- Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Research target accounts (e.g. Salesforce-heavy enterprises in regulated industries like pharma finance energy).
- Secure meetings with security decision-makers (CISOs IT Directors Salesforce platform owners).
- Collaborate closely with our field sales team to build account strategies.
- Support our presence at Salesforce ecosystem events (e.g. Dreamforce regional industry conferences).
- Consistently achieve activity and pipeline targets.
What are we looking for
- 14 years experience in a B2B sales business development or SDR/BDR role.
- Demonstrated ability to drive outbound pipeline creation.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Energy resilience and curiosity you enjoy learning and working in a fast-evolving environment.
- Interest in SaaS cybersecurity or Salesforce ecosystem technologies (experience is a bonus not a must).
