Business Development Partner Contractor US Remote

As Goldstone Partners newest Business Development Partner youll own new business opening doors building relationships and closing new search agreements with organizations that can benefit from GSPs right-sized flexible recruiting model. This is a part-time 1099 opportunity for an experienced business development professional who knows how to turn the right conversation into a signed contract. Youll focus on winning new business; once the search is signed our recruiting team takes it from there. Heres some of what needs to be done 

• Identifying companies actively hiring across all industries 
• Reaching out to hiring managers HR leaders and decision-makers 
• Introducing GSPs recruiting services and right-sized approach 
• Scheduling introductory meetings with potential clients 
• Building relationships with prospective clients and maintaining ongoing communication 
• Closing new client contracts through consistent relationship-driven outreach 
• Collaborating with GSPs team on outreach strategy and client engagement 

Qualifications :

And what itll take to get it done 

• 5 years of business development experience 
• Demonstrated success generating new opportunities through outbound outreach 
• Proven track record of closing new business 
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence decision-makers 
• Comfortable working independently in a self-directed 1099 structure 
• An entrepreneurial mindset focused on ownership and revenue generation
