- Develop new commercial cleaning business through in-person outreach networking referrals and relationship building.
- Meet directly with business owners property managers facility managers and decision-makers.
- Attend industry events networking meetings and community events to build relationships and generate opportunities.
- Represent our company professionally throughout the Spokane community.
- Conduct property walkthroughs prepare proposals and follow up with prospective customers.
- Help maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure their needs are being met.
- Support and work closely with our current cleaning staff helping address day-to-day needs and ensuring service expectations are met.
- Conduct site visits and quality-control inspections.
- Help coordinate schedules supplies and operational needs as necessary.
- Manage your own schedule and business development activities while staying accountable for results.
- Communicate regularly with the main office and attend required team meetings.
- Energetic outgoing and professional
- Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable interacting with both customers and cleaning staff
- Organized dependable and able to problem-solve in the field

- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Sales business development operations or commercial cleaning experience is a plus
