Artech is a Top 10 Global IT Staffing Firm is seeking a talented New Business Development Manager with a hunter mentality that can engage with clients to drive successful staffing solutions for their hiring needs and maximize and broaden/deepen our relationships with them. We are looking for someone with IT / Automobile staffing sales experience. Responsibilities
- Develop and penetrate accounts by prospecting contacting and face to face meetings.
- Accountable for all aspects of a client relationship pre- and post-sales technical assistance.
- Accountable for building a sales pipeline
- Accountable for delivery to the client.
- Identify and qualify opportunities for our Staffing Solutions.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Understand and analyze roadblocks in filling technical positions.
- Participate in networking activities such as attending career fairs and professional association meetings.
- To be successful in this role you will share our passion for helping people enthusiasm and ready to go attitude.
- Some travel may be required <25%
- Professional experience in a staffing corporate recruiting or professional sales environment
- Exceptional business and technology acumen
- Staffing industry experience preferred
- Bachelors Degree required
