Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships with trade-in partners delivering white-gloveservicethrough our online value guide system.
• Value golf equipment for customers with professionalism and care.
• Source new trade-in partnerships with golf courses golfprofessionals and golf companies.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to grow the business with new and existing customers.
• Lead coach and set clear KPIs for a team; personally call on customers and instill this habit across the team.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in a service industry role.
• Strong knowledge of golf and golf equipment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow a business andidentifynew opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to engage customersdirectly by phone.
• Proven ability to manage coach and collaborate with a team.
• Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel.
• Willingness and ability to work hand in hand with AI tools to drive efficiency and productivity.

Full-Time Benefits:

Compensation: $80000 - $110000 based on previous experience.
