About the Role:

As a Business Development Manager (Home Care) with SYNERGY HomeCare of Rockville you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities to drive growth and establish a strong presence in the Rockville Maryland area. With a focus on building relationships and identifying potential clients you will work closely with our care team to provide exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities including developing relationships with referral sources healthcare providers and other stakeholders
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform business development strategies
• Coordinate and execute sales and marketing activities including community events and promotional materials
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement effective care plans and services
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including clients referral sources and healthcare providers

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development sales or marketing
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and home care services
